Good health is an important foundation for every man who wants to live a healthy and happy life. It is something you cannot buy for any amount of money yet there are many resources available today, more than ever, to greatly improve health.

Below are some of the best herbs and remedies for men’s health.

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo Biloba is one of the oldest tree species on our planet. Some resources date it to 300 million years old! It has been widely used in Asia as a wonderful remedy for improving memory and concentration. Some studies show that ginkgo extract can significantly improve long-distance vision and even reverse damage to the retina of the eye. Ginkgo has been successfully used for treating depression in elderly people. Besides that ginkgo can also provide relief for those who suffer from headaches, sinusitis, and vertigo.

It is available in most health food stores in extracts, tinctures and teas.

Pumpkin Seed

Pumpkin seeds contain a range of nutrients that have been positively linked to prostate health, such as zinc, potassium, and iron. Research shows that these nutrients together with pumpkin seeds’ antioxidant action offer incredible support for the prostate. Pumpkin seed extract encourages normal urine flow in men with enlarged prostate. Besides, it is a powerful aphrodisiac.

These seeds are delicious raw or toasted.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a potent medicine and has been used for centuries in India and China to treat arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, improve digestion, maintain a healthy metabolism, increase libido and male potency, cure skin problems (wounds, rashes and boils), treat sore throat, and cure acid reflux. Other studies suggest it for its cardiovascular benefits.

I recommend to soak them for 24 hours to activate all nutrients in the seed. Then cook over low heat for about 10 minutes and eat with honey. It tastes a bit bitter.

It can work very fast to stimulate the genital area by essentially enriching the oxygen supply. Long term use can significantly improve sexual fitness and performance.

Muira Pauma is often called “the Viagra of the Amazon” for a reason.

Amazonians have been using it for centuries as a powerful “love tonic” for both men and women. One of the recent studies by UCLA showed a significant improvement in both erectile function and sexual drive.

Muira Puama is capable to increase blood flow to the pelvic area, aiding erections in men as well as maximizing sensation and orgasm in women.
