Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the One Tribe Counseling website (the "Website") operated by One Tribe Counseling ("us," "we," "our"). Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, clients, and others, who wish to access and use the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.
1. Our Services and Pricing
We offer spiritual healing and counseling services, sessions, workshops, and digital products on this Website. The price of these services and products can be found listed on the Website. This price includes all applicable taxes and other fees.
Please Note: Spiritual healing and counseling services provided through One Tribe Counseling are not a substitute for emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. For the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, call 988.
2. Purchases and Payments
When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be able to choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and process your payment. You may make purchases using the following third party payment processors: Stripe, ApplePay, and GooglePay. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by these third party payment processors. The following payment method(s) are accepted by the third party payment processors: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.
3. Cancellation Policy
Healing and Counseling Sessions
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a healing and counseling session
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee
- Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
Rescheduling Policies
- Clients can reschedule once per session without penalty if done before the cancellation window.
- Additional reschedules or last-minute changes are billed as cancellations.
- For packages:
Missed sessions still count unless rescheduled within the policy window.
No-Show Policies
- A no-show is billed at 100% of the session fee.
- After 1–2 no-shows, the practitioner may discontinue services or require prepayment for all future sessions.
Late Arrival
- If the client arrives late, the session ends at the scheduled time.
- No credits or extensions.
- If the practitioner is late, the client receives the full time they paid for.
4. Refund Policies
Individual sessions:
- Non-refundable once paid.
- Refunds only issued if the practitioner cancels or emergencies occur.
Packages:
- No pro-rated refunds after the first session is completed.
- Some practitioners offer partial refunds only before sessions begin.
Workshops and Programs
- Cancellations for workshops or programs must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date are non-refundable
Digital Products
- We do not offer cancellations on digital products once purchased unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled session, workshop, or purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to therapeutic appropriateness, scheduling conflicts, or unavailability. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your session or purchase. We will issue you a refund of the full amount paid if we cancel your session, workshop, or purchase.
Refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy outlined above. Once a counseling session has been attended or a digital product has been accessed, no refunds will be issued except at our sole discretion unless stated otherwise.
5. No Warranty on Services
The healing and spiritual counseling services and products provided on this Website are provided "as is." No warranty, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability, of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose or use) shall apply to any services or products provided on this Website, whether arising by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise.
Important: Healing and spiritual counseling services are not guaranteed to produce specific results. Therapeutic outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, commitment to the process, and other factors beyond our control.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
HIPAA Compliance
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our full Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices are available on our Website and will be provided to you at the start of services.
Limits to Confidentiality
While we maintain strict confidentiality, there are legal and ethical limits to confidentiality, including but not limited to:
- Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or dependent adult
- Threats of imminent harm to yourself or others
- Court orders or subpoenas requiring disclosure
- When you provide written authorization to release information
7. Accounts
When you create an account on our Website, you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent) and that the information that you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate your account anytime at our sole discretion. You can terminate your account by contacting us.
8. Comments and Uploading Content
