Hi, I'm Irina Litvin

I started meditating in my late teens, and my spiritual awakening opened me to a world that was interconnected, alive, and free. I spent my twenties diving into everything it had to offer — years of devoted practice, ceremony, and study.

And then reality arrived in a form I wasn't prepared for.

My dark night of the soul didn't just break my heart — it completely shattered my beliefs.


When I struggled, the "stay positive" community I loved told me I had manifested my own crisis. Overnight, I became the "low vibe" one. I started to believe something was terribly wrong with me — that's why I'd attracted this.


Then my beloved dog died, and the grief was devastating. I understood he hadn't ended as a soul and yet I was in so much pain. That's when it hit me: understanding something and feeling it are two entirely different things. 


Becoming a parent broke me open further. My baby had huge feelings I didn't know how to be with, and a decade of devotion to spirituality and mindfulness melted away until I was raw, humbled, and weeping beside my inconsolable three-month-old. It sent me on a quest of reparenting myself while I parented her.


The turning point came in 2015, in a meditation — a transmission from Mahavatar Babaji, who taught me the importance of healing our emotions. I followed that thread into the work of Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Dick Schwartz, and Janina Fisher.


Somatics, parts work, intergenerational patterns. This was the missing piece — the bridge from knowing to embodying I'd been searching for all along.


Now I bring both worlds together for people like you: two decades of spiritual depth, and the grounded, body-based work that finally makes transformation stick.
